Remembrance
Day, (Poppy Day) memorial service for the armed forces that had died in the
line of duty was held on 8th November 2015 at CSI St.Mary's Church, Fort
St.George, Madras. The red poppy which bloomed across battlefields of Flanders
during World War I have become the familiar emblem of Armistice Day.
