The occasion of World Anti-Trafficking Day-2022 on, an inaugural program was held at Cauvery College for Women in Trichy to create a Global Anti-Trafficking Committee at college level to prevent global human trafficking and violence against women and children. Mr. P. Azim, Inspector of Police, Child and Human Trafficking, Trichy City spoke in detail about the mistakes that are being made with the new technology that is increasing now and the steps that we should follow. Later, an agreement was signed between the People's Development Institute (PDI) and Cauvery College for Women to lead the team. At the end, a short film about human trafficking was shown to the students.
