Indian Council of Social Welfare, Tamil Nadu State Branch organised a seminar on The Role of ICSW in promoting Social Development through the NGO’s on Saturday 3rd December 2022 at YWCA, Chennai. The inaugural address was rendered by Sri Bhupesh Babu, ICSW National General Secretary, Mumbai. Sri A.J.Hariharan, Founder-President of ICWO- Indian Community Welfare Organisation rendered his felicitation to the gathering.
