The staff and students of THE IMMACULATE kick started the New Year by planting saplings and trees as usual. The staff and students had joined hands with the Little Flower Convent at Gemini and planted neem trees and garden plants for the hearing impaired children to learn the road signs. Apart from this, creepers were planted in the Adyar neighbourhood. This has been one of the dreams of the foundress Debbie Westcott who always briefed her students that apart from education in the class, they need to work towards making planet earth a better place to live in for the future generations to come.
