The Inauguration of AHTC – Anti Human Trafficking Club, ICWO/HSF Pilot Project was recently held at ICSA- Jivana Jothi, Pantheon Road, Egmore, Chennai was followed by “One Day Training and Strategic Planning for NGO Directors on AHTC – Anti Human Trafficking Club in Tamil Nadu”.
Mr.A.J.Hariharan, Secretary-ICWO requests
colleges to initiate AHTCs in college & institutions in all 38 districts of
Tamil Nadu. The youth participating in this mission is vital to ensure
successful combating human trafficking and STOP violence among women and
children. The AHTCs will create the awareness in the college campus with the support of HSF – Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung India.
