Public Welcomed New Water Cooler Inauguration

Today (4th June 2024)  A new drinking water cooler was inaugurated at Jawaharlal Nehru Highways, Anna Nagar West Extn, in front of Asiad colony, Indian bank. The inauguration was done by Lion. Dr. A.R. Dharmalingam, Director - Jubilee Housing Pvt. Ltd in presence of Mr.S. Jayaprakash, Joint Secretary, Asiad Colony Welfare Association and Mr.P.Rajan, Committee Member, Asiad Colony Welfare Association.

After inauguration ceremony, Lion. Dr. A.R. Dharmalingam, Director - Jubilee Housing Pvt. Ltd distributed Buttermilk to the public in the presence of Mr.A.J.Hariharan, Founder-Secretary of Indian Community Welfare Organisation-(ICWO).

As part of  ICWO – Abhay Dan Trust initiative a new water cooler got installed along with distribution of drinking water bottles, buttermilk & water melon slices for the public to beat the heat waves in Chennai started from 1^st June 2024 to till 3^rd June 2024. 1200 buttermilk cups and 750 water bottles were distributed. Today 400 buttermilk cups and 250 water bottles and 20 watermelons were distributed.

ICWO has always, from its inception, done its bit for the welfare of the society by coming to the aid of people in need. This program was volunteered by ICWO Intern Students from Loyola College, Bharathiyar University- Coimbatore, Avichi College of Arts & Science & SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Kattankulathur Campus, School of Excellence in Law, Chennai and Hochschule Furtwangen University, Germany.
