Global Art Junior Programme was launched in Chennai on 27th January 2016 by Mr Mahair Goh, founder of Global Art programme worldwide. Global Art is an international Art Enrichment programme which started in Malaysia in 1999 and is now available in 600 centres across 15 countries. Global Art’s Junior Programme has been designed after extensive research over the last few years. The Junior Programme has a step-by-step curriculum and uses various interactive methods to ensure learning for younger kids in a fun-filled environment. There are 3 levels in the Junior Programme. The programme will be available for children across 129 locations of Global Art from April 2016. Speaking on the occasion, Mr Dinesh Victor, MD Global Art India mentioned that success at new age professions like Graphic design, Product Design, Fashion design, Architecture, Animation (to name a few) are predominantly about creativity. “Creativity is a crucial skill for success in the later years at work in almost all fields of the future. The curriculum in most Indian school boards offers low opportunities in training for creativity, as they are focused on academic excellence. Global Art is a unique international programme which trains children to think creatively. In India the Global Art programme has enriched over 40, 000 children across 129 locations between the ages of 5 – 15 years with creativity over the last 11 years. There has been a growing demand from parents to introduce a course for younger children which will nurture their creativity and channelize their abundant energies effectively”. Speaking on the occasion, Mr Mahair Goh, Founder, Global Art Programme Worldwide, stated that Global Art Creative Learning Methodology is designed with the objective to enhance children's learning disciplines so they will become creative individuals in their everyday lives. Global Art is founded on the belief that creativity leads to innovation and by inculcating good learning disciplines, learners will create solutions to their everyday challenges & enhance their thinking abilities and resourcefulness. Global Art was awarded the "INNOVATION EXCELLENCE AWARD" in 2009 by SME/SMI Malaysia. For more information contact 044- 42666866/28143029 www.globalart.in
