SS international (Ashok Nagar) donated a sum of Rs one lakh to Rotary club of Chennai Towers (RCCT) for its Balanethra : Tender Vision project which ensures free treatment of babies with the blinding disorder of Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP).Babies belonging to poor socioeconomic sections of society from urban slums and villages are the beneficiaries in this project. The project is a collaborative effort between RCCT and Gurupriya Vision Research Foundation, the public charitable trust of Radhatri Nethralaya, where the surgeries are being held. The Cheque was handed over by Anand Krishnan (partner SS international) to Dr. Vasumathy Vedantham, (President, RCCT) renowned playback singer Imaam and Rotary District Governor Natarajan Nagoji were present.
